Policies
How Rafftap products and giveaways work — including the 100-entrant threshold for prize draws. For full contractual terms see Terms & Conditions.
1. What you are buying
Every purchase on Rafftap is for a digital product — typically a tour magazine (PDF) delivered by email download link. The magazine is the primary product. It has standalone value and is yours to keep whether or not you win a giveaway prize.
2. The giveaway is a bonus promotion
Eligible purchases may include a stated number of entries into a related trade promotion (giveaway). The prize, closing date, entries per purchase, and any buyer options are shown on the giveaway listing before you pay. Entries are a promotional benefit attached to the magazine purchase — they are not sold separately as gambling tickets.
3. Minimum entries required for a draw
A giveaway will only proceed to a prize draw if it reaches at least 100 distinct paid entrants (unique email addresses with at least one paid order) by the stated closing time. If fewer than 100 entrants have entered when the promotion closes, Rafftap is not obligated to draw a winner or award the advertised prize. In that case the promotion may be cancelled or rolled without a prize award.
4. What happens if the threshold is not met
If a promotion does not reach 100 entrants: (a) you still keep the magazine you purchased; (b) no prize draw is required; and (c) Rafftap has no obligation to send or fulfil the prize for that promotion. Where you purchased optional Entry Protection on that order, protected entries may be carried over to a later live promotion in line with our Terms — Entry Protection does not create an entitlement to the original prize if the threshold was not met.
5. When a draw does proceed
If the 100-entrant threshold is met, a winner is selected by cryptographically secure random draw from all valid entries, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Winners are contacted at the checkout email. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash unless we say otherwise on the listing.
6. Delivery of the magazine
After payment, your confirmation email includes a secure download link for the magazine. Links are typically valid for 7 days and up to 5 downloads. If a link expires, contact us with your order email and we will help where we reasonably can.
7. Refunds
Because the magazine is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are generally not available once the download has been accessed, except where required by law or where we cancel a promotion and offer a remedy at our discretion. Chargebacks for received digital goods may be disputed.
8. Relationship to Terms
These Policies summarise how promotions and product delivery work. They should be read with our Terms & Conditions. If there is a conflict, the Terms control for contractual purposes. This page is operational policy — it is not legal advice.
